Cheikh Barbereau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cheikh Barbereau came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 28th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Cheikh Barbereau. Sirmium Legionaries F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Geronimo Aragones might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geronimo Aragones ran back to his position shaking his head. Cheikh Barbereau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Indiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cheikh Barbereau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Cheikh Barbereau made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cheikh Barbereau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, 洪坚誉 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
