Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Basilio Pepillo kicked off to start the match. Kevin Carballal charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Carballal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Carballal. Gladiadores Legionarios's Su Xiang Sha got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sacit Refik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Dalkvist in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Gladiadores Legionarios's Efrain Maria got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sacit Refik kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 22nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Efrain Maria was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Gladiadores Legionarios through an amazing save. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gladiadores Legionarios's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Efrain Maria despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Efrain Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Abadie in the 32nd minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Dalkvist in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Efrain Maria in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Maria having to make a save. In the 44th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Gladiadores Legionarios made a substitution. Ambrosio Gasteiz replaced Generoso Cresitobalo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Maria saved Gladiadores Legionarios from getting behind. Niklas Dalkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Gladiadores Legionarios's Niklas Dalkvist. But to his dismay, Niklas Dalkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Pepillo in the 58th minute of play. Basilio Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Camilo Covarrubias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Gladiadores Legionarios players grew even worse after the yellow card. Su Xiang Sha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sacit Refik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Niklas Dalkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute Sacit Refik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Su Xiang Sha who took care of the corner kick. Niklas Dalkvist had several of the Uruguay's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Joaquin Gayoso as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Basilio Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Dalkvist in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes Haroldo Abadie rounded Uruguay's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Gladiadores Legionarios played a much better game than Uruguay and deserved their victory. The Uruguay players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
