The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Aragones was the one to do the kick off. In the 89th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheikh Barbereau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Danijel Moravčić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sirmium Legionaries F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sirmium Legionaries F.C.'s Danijel Moravčić got a free kick in the 92nd minute. During the 96th minute of the match Danijel Moravčić completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Danijel Moravčić a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Sirmium Legionaries F.C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
