Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Davies started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Sir Alexandria's Nistor Popilean sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Barrett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Popilean in the 6th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pompiliu Pociu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenico Serafini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Pompiliu Pociu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sir Alexandria's supporters rose to their feet, but Pompiliu Pociu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Pompiliu Pociu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pompiliu Pociu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Eric Alexa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Domenico Serafini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Domenico Serafini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Pociu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domenico Serafini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Barrett. Curacao's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nistor Popilean went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 43 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Pociu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Nistor Popilean made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Nistor Popilean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Sir Alexandria's Tzonyo Viyachki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 56 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Doyle. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Domenico Serafini tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Nistor Popilean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sir Alexandria's Rüknettin Toktahan was substituted for Călin Lemnaru. From a short distance, Sir Alexandria's Nistor Popilean, in the 65th minute, tried to place the ball behind Bruno Barrett, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. In the 67th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Domenico Serafini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Domenico Serafini slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Nistor Popilean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Nistor Popilean scored 0-8 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Nistor Popilean rounded Curacao's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. 84 minutes into the game, Sir Alexandria's Pompiliu Pociu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Pompiliu Pociu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. After 92 minutes of play Curacao's Harvey Doyle was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 93rd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Popilean in the 96th minute of play.
