Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Georg Hagberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Georg Hagberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Ditlev Delmont blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. 15 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georg Hagberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Prats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Gert van den Bergh tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Georg Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes Ágætis Byrjun's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Moises Gayoso got away a dangerous shot. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Georg Hagberg quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nick Heesen in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Nick Heesen made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Georg Hagberg made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Nick Heesen notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Ben Steyns replaced Vitaliy Vorobey. Ágætis Byrjun's Alejandro dos Santos was substituted for Gert van den Bergh. Ben Steyns made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Milagros Fraga. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Ágætis Byrjun from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Peru's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ágætis Byrjun had won, even though Peru had held more of the ball.
