After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Mahir Akgün might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mahir Akgün ran back to his position shaking his head. After 25 played minutes, Corte di Camasco's Evert Helander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Corte di Camasco reached it. After 29 minutes El Salvador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Evert Helander who took care of the corner kick. Evert Helander made a great header on Corte di Camasco's corner, it was just that El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Corte di Camasco getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. 曾霆耀 hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Mahir Akgün stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Mahir Akgün tried to chip the ball over his head. When Corte di Camasco's Aldo Carta, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Corte di Camasco. 38 minutes into the match, Corte di Camasco's goalkeeper Claudio Di Palma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. Mahir Akgün took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahir Akgün in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahir Akgün in the 47th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Evert Helander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corte di Camasco's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Helander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Mahir Akgün came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Franco Bevilacqua made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Ricardo Zorita was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Mahir Akgün capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mahir Akgün really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 72nd play minute Evert Helander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ricardo Zorita. 0-7. Ermanno Bucciarelli replaced Franco Bevilacqua. In the 88th minute, Aldo Carta fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ricardo Zorita, passed just outside the right post. Evert Helander scored 0-8 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Trivelli in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Adriano Trivelli made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Carta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Corte di Camasco left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Salvador.
