Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Nick Heesen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th of the match, Nick Heesen tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Marco Day got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 8th match minute, Ágætis Byrjun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert van den Bergh to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Georg Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Heesen in the 19th minute of the match. Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 21st minute of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ditlev Delmont, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Georg Hagberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassius Byrne went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ágætis Byrjun's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. Georg Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Bradley kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nick Heesen's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.

With his leg Georg Hagberg managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when USA's Cassius Byrne fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edward Mcdonald's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Georg Hagberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 61st minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Heesen in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georg Hagberg saved Ágætis Byrjun from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as USA's Monty Rogers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Georg Hagberg. That made the score 0-2 after 72 minutes of play. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Ben Steyns replaced Vitaliy Vorobey. Nick Heesen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Jelte Reitsma replaced Ernst Melis. 85 minutes into the game, Raphael Moore threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ágætis Byrjun's Alejandro dos Santos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Raphael Moore hit a great ball. Nick Heesen struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ágætis Byrjun. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 95th minute of the match. The Ágætis Byrjun fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
