After a rather tough play, Bezek's Facundo Chant got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 30 minutes, Barnaba Fedosz mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 35th minute Barnaba Fedosz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Chant hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the game, Edgar Solibieda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Facundo Chant shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Zawada having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barnaba Fedosz made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Bezek got a freekick which was hit by Walter White. The audience was convinced that Krzysztof Logewnik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Walter White made in the 63rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Adam Henryk immediately put the ball in play. In the 64th match minute, Bezek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Solibieda to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnaba Fedosz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 played minutes Bezek got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Chant. If Krzysztof Logewnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bezek's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
