In the 6th minute, Jonatan Iraitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute of the match, Orlando Casaus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Celso Javiar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 25 played minutes Francisco Carballar rounded Milferio's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 27th minute of play forced Milferio's goalkeeper Celso Javiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Terry Jamieson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Carballar during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terry Jamieson in the 38th minute of play. Milferio's Terry Jamieson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Terry Jamieson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milferio's Enzo Tono was substituted for Lucjan Degutis. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Terry Jamieson sent off a good shot on target. Jonatan Iraitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Thiago Pliego skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Milferio booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milferio made a substitution. Pablo Herensuge replaced Terry Jamieson. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Francisco Carballar hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Jonatan Iraitz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonatan Iraitz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3.
