Cheeky Nuts United's Elton John played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 3rd minute of play. Esteban Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stathis Konstantakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elton John saved Cheeky Nuts United from getting behind. Elton John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 13th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doctor Potass hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elton John breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cheeky Nuts United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cheeky Nuts United's Elton John was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cheeky Nuts United's goalie prevented a goal. Elton John came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Moises Tafalla. But to his dismay, Moises Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Doctor Potass's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doctor Potass helped the player get up and apologised. Doctor Potass kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 33rd minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Elton John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. A hard shot 34 in the game by Jon-Erik Vedøy from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Lundberg in the 35th minute of play. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Elton John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Erik Vedøy got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the game, Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Lundberg was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Stathis Konstantakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Elton John didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Cheeky Nuts United's Henrik Rakvåg was substituted for Lukas Grønnestad. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Doctor Potass took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 62nd minute Doctor Potass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Jon-Erik Vedøy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Jon-Erik Vedøy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Birger Øvstebø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Jon-Erik Vedøy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jon-Erik Vedøy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jon-Erik Vedøy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elton John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 76th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Lundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Erik Vedøy came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birger Øvstebø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 83rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Elton John successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 93rd minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cheeky Nuts United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Doctor Potass hit a great ball. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
