Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Haroldo Abadie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. In the 12thth minute of the game Basilio Pepillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gladiadores Legionarios's Efrain Maria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiadores Legionarios from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Moises Fernandino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Efrain Maria. That made the score 1-2 in the 15 minute of play. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Efrain Maria made a huge save. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Efrain Maria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. 30 minutes into the match, Haroldo Abadie notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gladiadores Legionarios's Haroldo Abadie. But to his dismay, Haroldo Abadie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 35th minute Niklas Dalkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Pepillo in the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Basilio Pepillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gladiadores Legionarios fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Gladiadores Legionarios's Haroldo Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Pepillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Moises Fernandino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Efrain Maria firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Dalkvist in the 46th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Pepillo made a kick off. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Dalkvist in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Gladiadores Legionarios booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Basilio Pepillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gladiadores Legionarios's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Pepillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Gladiadores Legionarios's Haroldo Abadie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 1-8 after 60 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Niklas Dalkvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. 70 minutes into the game, Gladiadores Legionarios's Niklas Dalkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-10. 73 minutes into the game, Jesus Carvallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gladiadores Legionarios the free kick. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niklas Dalkvist. In the 78th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sacit Refik in the 83rd minute of play. Sacit Refik took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-11. In the 89th minute Basilio Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Niklas Dalkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The El Salvador fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gladiadores Legionarios were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
