Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milagros Cabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Irmantas Garbužas in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Irmantas Garbužas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eglynas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Miglius Masalskis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Eglynas defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irmantas Garbužas. The Eglynas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irmantas Garbužas should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Eglynas booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 27th minute of play forced Eglynas's goalkeeper Irmantas Garbužas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes Eglynas got a freekick which was hit by Miglius Masalskis. Irmantas Garbužas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Eglynas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irmantas Bakaitis to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Eglynas's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Irmantas Garbužas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rapolas Petryla made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Edmundas Donskis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Villa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Irmantas Garbužas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Irmantas Garbužas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Sebastian Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Milagros Cabal's late challenge caught a Eglynas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Cabal helped the player get up and apologised. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Irmantas Garbužas came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 81 minutes into the game, Christian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Irmantas Garbužas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irmantas Garbužas having to interfere. After some careless play in the Eglynas defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irmantas Garbužas. The Eglynas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irmantas Garbužas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Eglynas's Beržas Adomaitis got a free kick in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
