Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maxim Sfetcu started the match with the kick off. When BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 13th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Sfetcu in the 15th minute of play. Zygmunt Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Sfetcu came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute BVB 09 were awarded a corner. Codrin Ieremia went to the cornerflag to take it. BVB 09's Iacob Vernescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of play. Zygmunt Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of the match. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Koprowski having to interfere. Zygmunt Koprowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Cotuțiu. Codrin Ieremia hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Maxim Sfetcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BVB 09 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Codrin Ieremia fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BVB 09's protests and gave Codrin Ieremia a yellow card for diving instead. Codrin Ieremia hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BVB 09's Ioan Balint got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. In the 67th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxim Sfetcu in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Caragea in the 75th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Matei Chelaru came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When BVB 09's Maxim Sfetcu in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Sfetcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Sfetcu in the 86th minute of play. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Sfetcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. BVB 09 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ecuador for a fine match.
