Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Ermengol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddy Worrall in the 18th minute. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cafer Demirsah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Ahmet Boran Nabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luz Tejedor took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cafer Demirsah. Cafer Demirsah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 42nd minute of play forced Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s goalkeeper Cafer Demirsah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cafer Demirsah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 44th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eddy Worrall to strike the kick off in the second half. Josep Miquelarena's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josep Miquelarena helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ defense, Eliseo Mina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cafer Demirsah. The Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafer Demirsah should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafer Demirsah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
