Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 10th minute of play. Serafin Ermengol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Birkan Cam took the corner. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Eddy Worrall put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego.
