Tornado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 28th minute of play forced Tornado's goalkeeper Igor Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Koperski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Koperski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 41st minute of play forced Tornado's goalkeeper Igor Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Skirzynski came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Koperski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Dzerwucki came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Igor Koperski made a huge save. Szymon Dzerwucki scored 1-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dennis Vilchez made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Lato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Radomir Lato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radomir Lato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A hard shot 77 in the game by Xavier Figueroa from a close distance when the talented Igor Koperski managed to make a qualified save. Tornado's players were relieved. Radomir Lato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. In the 85th minute Milosz Skirzynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tornado's Igor Koperski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Tornado from getting a goal against them. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Skirzynski in the 91st minute of play. Szymon Dzerwucki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chile players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tornado.
