Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leandro Fonseca took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Ezequiel Arce got a free kick in the 8th minute. Leandro Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Feliberto Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afonso Proença blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Proença got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Feliberto Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. When Afonso Proença came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the RØSANEGRA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso Proença couldn't finish the play. Feliberto Oihenarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 30th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Afonso Proença got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 39th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Oihenarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in RØSANEGRA's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Oihenarte came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dênis Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RØSANEGRA's protests and gave Dênis Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Jardel Maciel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RØSANEGRA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Jardel Maciel got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in RØSANEGRA's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Oihenarte came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, RØSANEGRA's Afonso Proença sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Proença in the 75th minute of play. Afonso Proença struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RØSANEGRA. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Proença in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Afonso Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Afonso Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Afonso Proença managed to get in a good position for a shot. RØSANEGRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Proença was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Ezequiel Arce's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Arce helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, RØSANEGRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Arce to maneuver through the defense. RØSANEGRA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
