Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johnni Kirkskov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The BK Skjold fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when BK Skjold's Lionel Messias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Johnni Kirkskov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Johnni Kirkskov made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Joel Gaona sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Mo Qi Zheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Johnni Kirkskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Johnni Kirkskov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 38th match minute, BK Skjold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Queirós to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnni Kirkskov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Eduino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, BK Skjold's Jose Eduino got a free kick in the 60th minute. Jose Eduino hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Johnni Kirkskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Lionel Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Johnni Kirkskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Eduino went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Procopio in the 81st minute. With an all-out effort, BK Skjold's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mo Qi Zheng, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Johnni Kirkskov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 86th minute of the match. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of BK Skjold for a fine match.
