The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Dorval got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Philippe Ambroise. Ragnar Hagberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 30th minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ragnar Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean Marie Alcius made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Dorval however managed to control. Cheeky Nuts United's Ragnar Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 34th minute of play. Ragnar Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernso Constant got free with Ragnar Hagberg in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Alphonse scored 3-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ragnar Hagberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Haiti's Felix Dorval dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Theodor Selnes was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gesner Philippe in the 52nd minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Ragnar Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cheeky Nuts United's Ragnar Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Alphonse in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ragnar Hagberg saved Cheeky Nuts United from getting behind. Cheeky Nuts United's Finn Moe managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodney Emmanuel in the 63 minute of the game. After 64 minutes, Raymond Louis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haiti and the Cheeky Nuts United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Raymond Louis hit a great ball. Ragnar Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernso Constant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Kristian Amdal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cheeky Nuts United and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernso Constant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ragnar Hagberg came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Ernso Constant. But to his dismay, Ernso Constant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 94 minutes in the game Felix Dorval did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Philippe Ambroise. When the referee ended the match the Haiti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
