In the 5th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 7th minute, Albert Stenqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 minutes MATRIX TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Alonso Berganza made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that MATRIX TEAM's Tobiasz Niedzwiecki managed to reach the ball for a save. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobiasz Niedzwiecki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of play forced MATRIX TEAM's goalkeeper Tobiasz Niedzwiecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, MATRIX TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tobiasz Niedzwiecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Niedzwiecki. MATRIX TEAM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Ridding in the 22nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brad Ridding in the 26th minute of play. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 32nd minute Brad Ridding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of play forced MATRIX TEAM's goalkeeper Tobiasz Niedzwiecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute of the match MATRIX TEAM got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucjan Chmielecki ran over to the corner to take the kick. MATRIX TEAM's Abílio Vidigal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rolando Noboa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albert Stenqvist in the 46 minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brad Ridding made a kick off. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of the match. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, MATRIX TEAM's goalkeeper Tobiasz Niedzwiecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brad Ridding's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Tytus Drab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MATRIX TEAM made a substitution. Lech Lele replaced Damazy Jakisz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Tobiasz Niedzwiecki in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 71st minute. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albert Stenqvist in the 76 minute of the game. Julian Murillo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 82nd minute, Julian Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Lele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MATRIX TEAM's Izydor Filanowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Alcocer in the 86 minute of the game. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MATRIX TEAM's Tobiasz Niedzwiecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 96th minute of play. The MATRIX TEAM fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
