Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silas Hørkilde kicked off to start the match. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kennet Hemdorff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. In the 17th match minute, Ringsted drenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Sustmann to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ringsted drenge's Silas Hørkilde. But to his dismay, Silas Hørkilde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohamed Sustmann got free with Benito Sanz in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magnus Thopel's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magnus Thopel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Ringsted drenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Thopel to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ringsted drenge's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kennet Hemdorff came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Lautaro Puig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kennet Hemdorff. Ringsted drenge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Puig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Hørkilde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silas Hørkilde kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silas Hørkilde in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Ringsted drenge booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. In the 85th minute, Magnus Thopel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennet Hemdorff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
