Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) IFK Bajenby's Xayvion Ageitos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jarl Torsberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jarl Torsberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Byström having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play forced IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Bengt Byström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt Byström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Bengt Byström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play forced IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Bengt Byström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to IFK Bajenby getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Olov Tunander hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Byström having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Tunander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Bajenby's Bengt Byström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Breannain McNamee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Bajenby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Byström having to interfere. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Bengt Byström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bengt Byström. That made the score 0-1 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bengt Byström. Bengt Byström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Adolphe De Coster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Adolphe De Coster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bengt Byström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Bengt Byström threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Adolphe De Coster managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Bajenby's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolphe De Coster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Bengt Byström made a huge save. The supporters of Ecuador booed when IFK Bajenby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seçkin Sabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt Byström made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Bengt Byström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 95th minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than IFK Bajenby throughout the match.
