Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Piara Santo made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the game, Piara Santo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Piara Santo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Piara Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The corner ended in Ignacio Ereinotz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 26th minute of play forced StardustRevolution's goalkeeper Andy Gimm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Gimm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Piara Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andy Gimm was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Flavius Ichim kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Andy Gimm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. Daniel Zorita scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andy Gimm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piara Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Salvador Rosalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Salvador Rosalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piara Santo in the 47th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andy Gimm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute Piara Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by StardustRevolution's Piara Santo. But to his dismay, Piara Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Santo in the 83rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Nacho Scocco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Scocco in the 90th minute of the match. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Santo's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute of the match StardustRevolution got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oscar Santo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on StardustRevolution's corner Oscar Santo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. The StardustRevolution support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
