Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonides Ybarbo kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Weather Piedrahita in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weather Piedrahita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Mccarthy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Weather Piedrahita having to make a save. 30 minutes into the game, Koby Wright recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Weather Piedrahita. Koby Wright showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Regan Jordan made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Atletico Maturrango's Cordara Baracaldo. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Weather Piedrahita successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Koby Wright in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Herbella came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Dixon took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Weather Piedrahita. Weather Piedrahita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Carter George took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Weather Piedrahita. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Weather Piedrahita in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 51stth minute of the game Jan Dixon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Maturrango's Weather Piedrahita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. Jan Dixon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Weather Piedrahita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Canada fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atletico Maturrango had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
