One of Uruguay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trifillia.FC:s goal. In the 27th minute Sabit Piruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabit Piruz went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostas Proestos in the 33rd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sabit Piruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Trifillia.FC's Sabit Piruz in the 50th minute got a chance for a shot 50th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidal Samano in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Christos Bekos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 0-6. 68 minutes into the match, Vidal Samano notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Kostas Proestos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kostas Proestos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 75 minutes into the game, Vidal Samano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Vidal Samano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Vidal Samano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Trifillia.FC's Waldir Laguna. But to his dismay, Waldir Laguna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Kostas Proestos sent off a good shot on target. Dimitris Vasilakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Uruguay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Trifillia.FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
