Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute Justino Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Julian Hulberto got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 15 minutes, Tiburcio Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Tino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eriberto Manilan made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Eriberto Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Kusko in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match A.F Cuervos Azulgranas got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julian Hulberto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Leonardo Cositorto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 47th minute Justino Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Kusko made a kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Tino in the 52nd minute of play. Julian Hulberto made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tiburcio Tino however managed to control. The A.F Cuervos Azulgranas fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Justino Kusko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Venezuela booed when A.F Cuervos Azulgranas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uli Krutten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over A.F Cuervos Azulgranas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
