Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Bocaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MetalGarurumon F.C:s goal. Leo Inautzi made a great header on MetalGarurumon F.C's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leszek Jeziorkowski to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Leszek Jeziorkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Emilio Bocaran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Luis Cazalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 98th minute of play forced MetalGarurumon F.C's goalkeeper Silvino Domingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MetalGarurumon F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
