ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Dixon. The crowd rose to their feet as Canada's Jan Dixon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gottfrid Hedström. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. Gottfrid Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Canada players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
