Raul Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, PATADAS S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Raul Llorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of PATADAS S.A's Raul Llorian. Raul Llorian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Jesus Milian took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. In the 29th minute, Fidel Donio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raul Llorian came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. The supporters of Mexico booed when PATADAS S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Milian got free with Dante Lacasa in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesus Milian in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 36th minute. After the first half Mexico were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergio Montrel made a kick off. PATADAS S.A's attentive Fabio Natanael managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in in the 50th minute of the game. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Montrel in the 52nd minute of the match. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Joel Gaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
