In the 5th minute, one of Haiti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Haiti. 11 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Lindberg came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernso Constant charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernso Constant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Pilgren in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Ljugarbänken Bollklubb getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lars Hammarberg hit a great ball. Charles Ambjörnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philippe Ambroise, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Gesner Philippe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Allan Ahlfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. In the 30th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute of the match Filip Pilgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noel Seide skillfully saved the ball. Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's Charles Ambjörnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Ljugarbänken Bollklubb from getting a goal against them. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Ahlfors in the 37th minute of the match. Bengt-Åke Aleberg made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Allan Ahlfors. Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's Charles Ambjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Dorval in the 43rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Jarl Helander in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Ernso Constant. After having played for 46 minutes, Ernso Constant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernso Constant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Ahlfors in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Allan Ahlfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. After 78 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Felix Dorval. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Pilgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's Charles Ambjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philippe Ambroise in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Philippe Ambroise notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's Charles Ambjörnsson. Charles Ambjörnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute Filip Pilgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Pilgren in the 96th minute of play. Ljugarbänken Bollklubb's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
