A collision led to Fhury FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Isac Tristão hit a great ball. Tiago Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Fhury FC booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bradley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Madureira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Tiago Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of USA booed when Fhury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vivaldo Rego didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Cassius Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Rodrigues. Fhury FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 67 minutes into the match, Fhury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Tiago Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Madureira in the 69th minute of the match. Nuno Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Sam Campbell succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 82nd playminute. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Fhury FC's Tiago Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Fhury FC from getting a goal against them. When USA's Khalid Parry in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fhury FC's goalie prevented a goal.
