Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Green Hell F.C.'s Grigoris Grigoriadis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grigoris Grigoriadis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. After having played for 14 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Edvin van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Gayoso made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Green Hell F.C.'s Alberigo Balzani. After 23 played minutes Grigoris Grigoriadis rounded Peru's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Edvin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Grigoris Grigoriadis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 35th minute. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvin van der Sar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Peru booed when Green Hell F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alain Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Hao Bang Feng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Green Hell F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. After a rather tough play, Green Hell F.C.'s Hao Bang Feng got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Edvin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Grigoris Grigoriadis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After having played for 69 minutes, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luz Tejedor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edvin van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Grigoriadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoris Grigoriadis in the 80th minute of play. Grigoris Grigoriadis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 85th minute of the match Green Hell F.C. got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Radomil Ogrodowicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Radomil Ogrodowicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 91 minutes into the game, Vlassis Kasimis threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 94th minute, Rafael Gallo made a precise shot to the right of Edvin van der Sar. Green Hell F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 97th minute, Zeng Xi Jun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Green Hell F.C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
