With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Nowak saved Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaw Nowak. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Felix Blas made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tristan Lannister in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Tristan Lannister in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. José Pedro Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Tristan Lannister tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Tristan Lannister dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Felix Blas got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The throw-in from Felix Blas in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Efraim Gilabert. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Felix Blas with Zbyszek Le Bonniec as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Zbyszek Le Bonniec sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 42 minutes, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luz Tejedor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Dracena came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Fraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Gustaw Nowak in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 73rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
