Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Lundberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Doctor Potass managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doctor Potass was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes of play, Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the game, Doctor Potass was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheeky Nuts United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Doctor Potass kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stathis Konstantakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, Cheeky Nuts United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Grønnestad to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela were furious when Guillermo Mariano was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cheeky Nuts United:s goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 36th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 39th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Øvstebø came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Doctor Potass managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters rose to their feet, but Doctor Potass was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Birger Øvstebø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alf Austad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Jon-Erik Vedøy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheeky Nuts United made a substitution. Henrik Rakvåg replaced Lukas Grønnestad. In the 64th minute, Jon-Erik Vedøy made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 67 minutes into the match, Jon-Erik Vedøy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jon-Erik Vedøy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Jon-Erik Vedøy tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Bjarne Holt in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy. After having played for 85 minutes, Jon-Erik Vedøy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jon-Erik Vedøy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjarne Holt made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Henrik Rakvåg immediately put the ball in play. Jon-Erik Vedøy's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Jon-Erik Vedøy scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-5. Cheeky Nuts United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
