Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ronaldo Pinheiro got the match started through his kick off. Ronaldo Pinheiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 5th minute of play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauro Castilho having to make a save. Mauro Castilho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São Francisco FC86's Mauro Castilho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauro Castilho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th play minute Ronaldo Pinheiro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 1-0. After 22 played minutes São Francisco FC86 got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Vasques. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Pinheiro came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ronaldo Pinheiro came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the São Francisco FC86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Pinheiro couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, São Francisco FC86's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Mauro Castilho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. São Francisco FC86's Mauro Castilho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 35th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Castilho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Mauro Castilho to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ronaldo Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. São Francisco FC86's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Castilho. São Francisco FC86's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Mauro Castilho was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-3. Daniel Zorita in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mauro Castilho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 94 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Pinheiro notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than São Francisco FC86 throughout the match.
