Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Skjold's Jose Eduino. But to his dismay, Jose Eduino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mo Qi Zheng charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mo Qi Zheng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Qi Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Lionel Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Skjold's supporters rose to their feet, but Lionel Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Procopio in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 16th minute. The long shot by Jiang Wei Zhen in the 16th minute really tested Julio Vera's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. BK Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play. Lionel Messias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Lionel Messias slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Eduino in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Lars-Erik Angvik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. After a rather tough play, BK Skjold's Nicko Vadmann got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Jiang Wei Zhen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Skjold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jiang Wei Zhen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When Jose Eduino came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the BK Skjold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Eduino couldn't finish the play. Johnni Kirkskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Johnni Kirkskov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. BK Skjold made a substitution. Casimiro Gines replaced Jaime Shantala. 62 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goalkeeper Johnni Kirkskov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Genaro Procopio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Genaro Procopio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Lionel Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Skjold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Eduino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Eduino in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Procopio in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lionel Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnni Kirkskov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Skjold's Lionel Messias. But to his dismay, Lionel Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but BK Skjold were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
