Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jose Eduino got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Eduino came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of play. Jaime Shantala kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel Messias. Jose Eduino struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Skjold. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Skjold's Jose Eduino. But to his dismay, Jose Eduino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Procopio didn't get a good kick on the ball. BK Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Johnni Kirkskov made a huge save. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Eduino in the 55th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Procopio in the 60th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Johnni Kirkskov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BK Skjold's Casimiro Gines was substituted for Jaime Shantala. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Eduino in the 64th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Eduino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Arias during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. BK Skjold made a substitution. Eli Løndov replaced Jose Eduino. After 72 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. In the 73rd minute, Eli Løndov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Johnni Kirkskov in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Genaro Procopio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goalkeeper Johnni Kirkskov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BK Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save BK Skjold from getting a goal against them. A collision led to BK Skjold getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lars-Erik Angvik hit a great ball.
