When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Jaime Pardo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ragnar Hagberg to make any attempt to save it. In the 13th minute, Jaime Pardo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ragnar Hagberg. The goal made the score 2-0. Juan Diego Tenorio made in the 16th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hector Covarrubias however managed to control. In the 16th minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theodor Selnes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Prats couldn't finish the play.
