Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) BK Skjold's Jose Eduino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes BK Skjold got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Angvik. In the 8th minute of the match BK Skjold got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genaro Procopio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mo Qi Zheng was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. BK Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 11th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johnni Kirkskov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When BK Skjold's Jose Eduino in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Johnni Kirkskov made a huge save. Jose Eduino charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Eduino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jose Eduino hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Johnni Kirkskov in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Johnni Kirkskov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jose Eduino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Mariano Lacasa sped through BK Skjold's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Johnni Kirkskov. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Lars-Erik Angvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johnni Kirkskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Johnni Kirkskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by BK Skjold's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Xavier Figueroa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Johnni Kirkskov quite easily take care of the ball. Johnni Kirkskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Fontirroig in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BK Skjold booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Genaro Procopio from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Thiago Pliego's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A nice corner shot did that Xavier Figueroa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Johnni Kirkskov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Guillermo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnni Kirkskov having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnni Kirkskov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Johnni Kirkskov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 86th minute of the match. Guillermo Fontirroig made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that BK Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov managed to reach the ball for a save. Chile were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after BK Skjold's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner.
