Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Oscar Maldonado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Oscar Maldonado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Abeluse Flow's Oscar Maldonado. Oscar Maldonado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Maldonado. Oscar Maldonado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Oscar Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 19th minute of play. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Abeluse Flow booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abeluse Flow's attentive Silvano Adán managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Hugo Ferrant made in the 30th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aaron Alcocer however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ponce Rodriguez during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Abeluse Flow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponce Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Maldonado came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa. But to his dismay, Eliseo Noboa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Oscar Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 34th minute of play. Oscar Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abeluse Flow's Silvano Adán quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 39th minute of the game. 40 minutes in the game Hugo Ferrant did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Juan Rubio. After 43 played minutes Abeluse Flow got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Adán. After the first half Costa Rica were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Macerio Griego to strike the kick off in the second half. Abeluse Flow's attentive Bras Menendez managed to snatch the ball when Efrain Moruga made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the game, Juan Rubio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Abeluse Flow's Silvano Adán quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 58 minutes into the match, Silvano Adán had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Adán was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Abeluse Flow's Silvano Adán. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a Abeluse Flow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. Abeluse Flow's attentive Bras Menendez managed to snatch the ball when Efrain Moruga made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. Abeluse Flow's Oscar Maldonado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Abeluse Flow from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Abeluse Flow booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Oscar Maldonado made a huge save. With a little luck, Abeluse Flow's Oscar Maldonado got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Tasis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Oscar Maldonado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Abeluse Flow's Bras Menendez. Efrain Moruga made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Abeluse Flow's Bras Menendez. Abel Carballo made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aaron Alcocer immediately put the ball in play. The Costa Rica supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Costa Rica would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
