Oscar Maldonado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Abeluse Flow's attentive Bras Menendez managed to snatch the ball when Valentín Carvallo made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. Abeluse Flow's Bras Menendez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Christian Sancho in the 23 minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Maldonado was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The Abeluse Flow players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-7.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Macerio Griego to make the kick off. When the match was over Honduras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Abeluse Flow throughout the match.
