Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Du Song Lin came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Frédson Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Vítor Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cassius Byrne got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Vítor Arósio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edward Mcdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but João Vítor Arósio made a huge save. João Vítor Arósio made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Edward Mcdonald sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but João Vítor Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Milan da Freguesia F.C. getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Rafael Veiga hit a great ball. When Cassius Byrne came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cassius Byrne couldn't finish the play. Du Song Lin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Yan Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but João Vítor Arósio made a huge save. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goalie and right to Jacob May. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Veiga to strike the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. USA were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. The corner led to USA's Monty Rogers getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 67 minutes into the match, USA's Monty Rogers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Vítor Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Jakue Llave hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Du Song Lin's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Baker in the 87th minute of play forced Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goalkeeper João Vítor Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s João Vítor Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalid Parry in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marco Baker came free, but João Vítor Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
