Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciriaco Tanio started the match with the kick off. Julian Murillo scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Erramun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Apolo Modestio made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Mauricio Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play forced Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Pepe Argento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stat Veritas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pepe Argento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonso Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ciriaco Tanio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes Stat Veritas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Stat Veritas FC's Ciriaco Tanio. But to his dismay, Ciriaco Tanio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Milagros Fraga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mauricio Erramun firmly grabbed it by the left post. Stat Veritas FC made a substitution. Stian Hestvik replaced Wincent Lizewski. In the 60th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Dantae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Modestio in the 68th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Mauricio Erramun in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Dantae in the 76th minute of play. Stat Veritas FC's attentive Justo Montrel managed to snatch the ball when Alonso Berganza made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Dantae in the 79th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justo Montrel in the 83 minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Rafael Gallo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauricio Erramun, 1-3. After 89 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Montrel. In the 96th match minute, Stat Veritas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Modestio to maneuver through the defense. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
