Sotelo AFC's Robustiano Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Sotelo AFC defense, Edward Mcdonald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Gelmiro. The Sotelo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Gelmiro should have stopped the shot. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Gelmiro. Robustiano Gelmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

After a rather tough play, Sotelo AFC's Jimeno Hurko got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Robustiano Gelmiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Skager came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Sotelo AFC's goalkeeper Robustiano Gelmiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Robustiano Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. In the 73rd minute Cui Liang Yue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 74th minute of play forced Sotelo AFC's goalkeeper Robustiano Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zach Harrison hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. In the 80th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zach Harrison to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Gelmiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Khalid Parry showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 81 minute of play. Robustiano Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 87th minute of the match. A hard shot 95 in the game by Marco Baker from a close distance when the talented Robustiano Gelmiro managed to make a qualified save. Sotelo AFC's players were relieved. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Khalid Parry fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robustiano Gelmiro quite easily take care of the ball. The Sotelo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
