Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Jan Sierocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Sierocki in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Jan Sierocki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Sierocki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Jimeno Nevada made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jimeno Nevada. Axel Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 27 played minutes Club Atlético Magallanes got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Salvadore. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Sierocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Nevada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jimeno Nevada was a little too slow when Axel Montenegro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-1. If Jan Sierocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Rami in the 44th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Sierocki came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard and well directed shot from Ruperto Salvadore led 46 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gavino Rami made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Best Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Magallanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Best Jesus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gavino Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Club Atlético Magallanes's Manoel Barros was substituted for Tadeo Precioso. Club Atlético Magallanes made a substitution. Taci Argün replaced Jan Sierocki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taci Argün in the 80th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Taci Argün rounded Colombia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-5. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taci Argün, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Magallanes's Taci Argün. But to his dismay, Taci Argün quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. Jimeno Nevada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kevin Mastache went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-6 was the resulting score.
