Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Haroldo Frances showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 5th minute of the match. Jose Carita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Haroldo Frances. Resistencia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Candido Gorbea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resistencia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. After 9 played minutes Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Candido Gorbea. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tomas Berganza sped through Resistencia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Frances. Tomas Berganza scored 0-4 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Frances, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Haroldo Frances was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Haroldo Frances reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Alex Cambeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Haroldo Frances was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroldo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Frances came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Haroldo Frances didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Haroldo Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Miguel Miralles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Frances. Resistencia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Miralles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Haroldo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Segundo Eliazar made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Haroldo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Frances was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-10. Jose Carita made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Miguel Miralles. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Haroldo Frances in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Resistencia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomas Berganza 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-11. Tomas Berganza in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haroldo Frances, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resistencia's goalie prevented a goal. Haroldo Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Dylan Sarmiento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Haroldo Frances, 0-14. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Haroldo Frances came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 79th minute. When Ruperto Raulo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Resistencia's protests and gave Ruperto Raulo a yellow card for diving instead. Ruperto Raulo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of Panama booed when Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Frances prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haroldo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Frances didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 0-16. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
