Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Fermin Bieito hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Petre Stolniceanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Petre Stolniceanu came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Baristo in the 9th minute of the match. Aquilino Nuxila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gomosao F.C.'s Petre Stolniceanu. Petre Stolniceanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petre Stolniceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 20 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Petre Stolniceanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Gomosao F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Radu Jder hit a great ball. After 32 minutes, Jesus Baristo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gomosao F.C. and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jesus Baristo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Gomosao F.C.'s Petre Stolniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jesus Baristo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jesus Baristo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Petre Stolniceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Petre Stolniceanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Petre Stolniceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Baristo was the one to do the kick off. Jesus Baristo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gomosao F.C.'s Petre Stolniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Petre Stolniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petre Stolniceanu. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Petre Stolniceanu made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After 64 minutes Gomosao F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Petre Stolniceanu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gomosao F.C.'s goalkeeper Petre Stolniceanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Silvestre Ongile fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gomosao F.C.'s protests and gave Silvestre Ongile a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gomosao F.C.'s Silvestre Ongile got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Gomosao F.C.'s goalkeeper Petre Stolniceanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Stolniceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Baristo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Stolniceanu having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Stolniceanu came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. With a little luck, Gomosao F.C.'s Petre Stolniceanu got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Cristian Sancho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
