Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes La Guardia Imperial got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Colas. If Carlos Teves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute, Carlos Teves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. The goal made the score 1-0. Macos Graciani kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Guardia Imperial's Guillermo Dolcet got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Esiquio having to make a save. 26 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Atilano Esiquio came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Teves in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Teves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Atilano Esiquio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. La Guardia Imperial's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Atilano Esiquio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Teves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of La Guardia Imperial's Atilano Esiquio. Atilano Esiquio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. La Guardia Imperial were furious when Severino Romano was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. La Guardia Imperial's Aristides Austin was substituted for Clodoveo Barbosa. 65 minutes into the game, one of La Guardia Imperial:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. La Guardia Imperial:s Atilano Esiquio showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. 68 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Esiquio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Joel Gaona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atilano Esiquio. That made the score 1-4 after 71 minutes of play. Atilano Esiquio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Facundo Cadaval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Esiquio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 87th minute Francisco Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Guardia Imperial's Guillermo Dolcet got a free kick in the 88th minute. Alberto Tafalla succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 91st playminute. Atilano Esiquio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 94th minute. La Guardia Imperial's Atilano Esiquio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 97th minute of play. Mexico played a much better game than La Guardia Imperial and deserved their victory. The La Guardia Imperial players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
