Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Hieronymus Gilardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Lorenzo Hagenbuch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A well placed Lorenzo Hagenbuch short distance shot in the 5th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lorenzo Hagenbuch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Hagenbuch. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Pavel Ghițescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After 20 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Thierachern's Lorenzo Hagenbuch. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Hagenbuch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Pavel Ghițescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 26th minute, Lorenzo Hagenbuch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hieronymus Gilardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute of play. Amado Makaus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lorenzo Hagenbuch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lorenzo Hagenbuch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, FC Thierachern's Lorenzo Hagenbuch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Hagenbuch in the 43rd minute of play. Venezuela's attentive Jonathan Venegas managed to snatch the ball when Yannick Herzog made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Hagenbuch was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavel Ghițescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Makaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Lorenzo Hagenbuch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Hagenbuch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lorenzo Hagenbuch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Thierachern's Pancho Jeanneret was substituted for Gabriel Peter. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Hagenbuch went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Hagenbuch, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Hagenbuch in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Hagenbuch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Lorenzo Hagenbuch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
