Ciprian Eniceicu started the match with the kick off. Radu Domide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Radu Domide made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Radu Domide came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Radu Domide was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to Milan Futuro getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Davide Frattesi hit a great ball. Petru Aristide was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. Milan Futuro:s Radu Domide showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Radu Domide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Ciprian Eniceicu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Eniceicu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Eniceicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabin Macovei hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Milan Futuro's goalkeeper Radu Domide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. After a defensive mix-up in Milan Futuro's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radu Domide came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radu Domide was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute of play forced Milan Futuro's goalkeeper Radu Domide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Domide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Radu Domide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After 62 played minutes Milan Futuro got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Boltașu. After some careless play in the Milan Futuro defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Domide. The Milan Futuro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Domide should have stopped the shot. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Milan Futuro defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Domide. The Milan Futuro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Domide should have stopped the shot. Radu Domide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radu Domide having to interfere. Radu Domide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 88th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Eniceicu in the 91st minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Radu Domide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radu Domide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mexico had played much better football throughout.
